Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds (CoCBuilds) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds (CoCBuilds) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on July 22, 2024. The purpose of the opportunity is to add new units of multi-family permanent supportive housing serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness through new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation.
The LAHSA Commission released the 2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds (CoCBuilds) Targeted Request for Proposals (RFP) on September 27, 2024, available here. Please review the Term Sheet for more information on this targeted funding opportunity.

Building Initiative for Low-Emissions Development (BUILD) Funding Opportunity
The California Energy Commission's Building Initiative for Low-Emissions Development (BUILD) program currently has financial incentives funding available for developments in SoCalGas territory.
